Marketing Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy Goa | 5+ Years | MBA (Mandatory) | IT / Technology Background Preferred

We are looking for a senior marketing professional who can think strategically, own execution, and work closely with leadership to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Role Overview As Marketing Manager – Marketing & Brand Strategy , you will own Cidroy’s overall marketing and brand direction. This includes brand positioning, digital presence, content strategy, and demand-generation initiatives.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, HR, and Technology teams to translate complex offerings into clear, compelling narratives and ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Ownership
Define and execute the company’s marketing and brand strategy end to end
Strengthen positioning in IT services, ERP, and enterprise solutions
Own brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication tone
Digital Marketing & Content
Oversee Linked In, website, email marketing, and relevant digital channels
Drive content strategy including thought leadership, case studies, campaigns, and employer branding
Ensure consistency, quality, and performance across all marketing outputs
Demand Generation & Business Support
Design and run campaigns supporting lead generation and sales enablement
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously optimize ROI
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with tech teams to simplify and communicate complex offerings
Work with HR on employer branding and culture-led initiatives
Act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams
Vendor & Resource Management
Mentor junior marketing resources or agencies where applicable
Manage external vendors, tools, and marketing budgets
Qualifications & Experience MBA (Mandatory) from a reputed institute
IIMs or other top-tier colleges strongly preferred
5+ years of experience in marketing roles within IT, Saa S, or technology-driven organizations
Strong understanding of B2 B marketing and enterprise buyer journeys
Proven experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
