Position : Marketing Manager

Location : Dahisar East, Mumbai.

Experience Required : Must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Interior Fitouts/Civil/Real Estate

Key Responsibilities : Will be responsible for planning and tracking the budget of their entire department, one segment, or an individual marketing campaign.

• Developing marketing strategies : Create and implement marketing plans, policies, and strategies to help achieve business goals. This includes identifying new markets and developing plans to enter them.
• Managing marketing campaigns : Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including planning promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.
• Analysing performance : Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and optimize to ensure a ROI.
• Creating content : Develop and manage content and promotional material for use over a variety of channels. This includes creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels.
• Communicating with stakeholders : Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding marketing campaigns. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams.
• Managing budgets : Plan a budget, evaluate campaign expenditure and estimate potential sales.
• Leading a team : Direct the hiring and daily activities of advertising, promotions, and marketing staff.
• Researching : Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for businesses.
• Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications : A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Desired Skills :

• Must have strong technical and leadership skills,
• Must have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organization and time management skills
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
