We are a real estate developer with active residential projects in India and are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to independently own and execute project-level marketing with a strong focus on lead quality, broker enablement, site visits, and sales conversion .

This is a developer-side execution role . The Marketing Manager is expected to be personally hands-on with digital campaigns , with agencies supporting production and scale — not decision-making.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will manage end-to-end marketing execution for residential real estate projects, working closely with senior management, sales, and CRM teams to support inventory absorption and bookings .
