We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, strengthen our brand presence, and drive client acquisition in the highly competitive financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify new opportunities to position the firm as a thought leader in financial consultancy.
● Brand & Communication
- Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels.
- Oversee content development for digital platforms, blogs, newsletters, and client communications.
- Manage PR and corporate communications
● Digital Marketing
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, ensuring ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies.
● Events & Partnerships
- Organise webinars, seminars, and client engagement events to showcase expertise.
- Collaborate with strategic partners for co-marketing opportunities.
● Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously research digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications & Skills
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
● Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
● High IQ
● Good Content and Communication skills
● Proactive and Creative
● Strong understanding of performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked In Ads) related to our business
● Strategic Thinking and Insight of Digital and Non-Digital Marketing
● Familiarity with Financial sector
● Well-versed with AI tools and content creation tools like Canva
● Exposure and Understanding of event based marketing (Both online and offline)

Compensation: 30-40k
