Job Description
Masters India IT Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager with end-to-end (360-degree) marketing experience to drive brand growth, demand generation, and product visibility. The role requires strong exposure across digital, content, demand generation, brand, and partner marketing, with a data-driven and execution-focused mindset.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Marketing Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
* Own annual marketing plans, budgets, and campaign calendars.
* Drive brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
* Digital Marketing & Performance
* Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid media (Google & LinkedIn), email marketing, and marketing automation.
* Optimize website, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
* Track and improve key metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
* Demand Generation & Campaign Management
* Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across digital, email, webinars, events, and partner channels.
* Manage lead nurturing journeys and CRM/marketing automation workflows.
* Product & SaaS Marketing
* Partner with Product and Compliance teams on GTM strategies, feature launches, and regulatory updates.
* Support enterprise sales cycles with targeted campaigns.
* Content, Brand & Communication
* Oversee creation of content assets including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, videos, and thought leadership.
* Ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.
* Manage PR, partner marketing initiatives, and industry presence.
* Team, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Compliance, and Leadership teams.
* Analytics & Reporting
* Measure, analyze, and report on marketing performance using SaaS metrics and dashboards.
* Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
*Key Skills & Competencies*
* Proven experience in 360-degree marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
* Strong hands-on expertise in Digital Marketing.
* Solid understanding of SaaS funnels, attribution models, and enterprise buying journeys.
* Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5–8 years of experience in Marketing roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
Experience in fintech, compliance, ERP, or enterprise software is a strong plus.
Prior exposure to enterprise customers preferred.
