Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager at Tekgeminus, you will be responsible for shaping our brand voice, driving demand, building marketing funnels, and working closely with product, sales, and leadership teams to scale growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-driven, creatively sharp, and comfortable working in a fast-moving tech environment.


Key Responsibilities


Brand & Content

  • Own and evolve the Tekgeminus brand across digital platforms.
  • Plan and execute content strategies for website, social media, email, and product marketing.
  • Work with designers, writers, and developers to create high-impact marketing assets.
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual language.


Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversions.
  • Track performance metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Run A/B tests across landing pages, ads, and email campaigns.


Product & Go-To-Market

  • Support product launches and feature rollouts with clear positioning and messaging.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
  • Create product marketing collateral, decks, case studies, and sales enablement content.


CRM, Email & Automation

  • Set up and manage email marketing and marketing automation workflows.
  • Segment audiences and run lifecycle campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimize CRM and lead nurturing systems.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Own marketing dashboards and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance and share insights with leadership.
  • Recommend strategies based on data and business goals.


Collaboration & Process

  • Work closely with product, tech, and sales teams.
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, or vendors if required.
  • Build marketing processes, SOPs, and documentation.


Requirements


  • Upto 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a tech, SaaS, or product-based company).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
