Job Description
This position reports to the Director and works closely with both the Director and General Manager on marketing processes, planning, market research and analysis to inform business development strategies. It also involves meeting existing and new clients to create awareness of our latest product lines and increase sales targets.
The Director will provide product training.
Hands-on experience with Multisensory Integration is required.
eScenSys Multisensory System combines data from various sensors (visual, auditory, tactile, olfactory, and gustatory) to create a rich, synchronized sensory experience.
Responsibilities
- Iterate and refine: continuously validate and refine solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: engage with stakeholders throughout projects.
- Leverage latest research and developments in the field.
- Help the company create awareness via digital marketing to improve business in the local and overseas markets.
- Develop and implement brand strategy and positioning.
- Maintain brand identity and evolve visual identity and messaging.
- Protect and enhance brand reputation.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
- Learn new eScenSys multisensory system technologies.
- Apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects.
- Develop problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Use digital marketing tools, including social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu; email marketing; writing and editing; and TikTok marketing.
- Engage in brand management, brand strategy, positioning, identity, and messaging.
Duration: 6 months. If performance is good and meets requirements, we will consider converting the trainee to permanent staff.
Office hours: 8:30 am – 6 pm, five days a week.
