Position Overview:


Vertiv is seeking a Marketing Manager to execute high-impact marketing programs across Data Center across Colo, Cloud and Enterprise, Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and Communication Networks segments. The role focuses on program delivery, GTM campaigns, ABM initiatives, and program-led events, working closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams. The ideal candidate is metrics-driven, execution-focused, and able to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes, including lead generation, pipeline contribution, and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:


Marketing Program Management & GTM Execution


• Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns targeting Colocation, Cloud, Enterprise Data Centers, C&I, and Communication Networks.


• Manage ABM campaigns, digital initiatives, and partner co-marketing programs, measuring engagement and pipeline impact.


• Support product launches with end-to-end GTM activities: messaging, positioning, content, and collateral.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Channel) to ensure program alignment and timely execution.


Customer Engagement


• Organize high-impact events, roundtables, and webinars, engaging CXO and senior decision-makers.


• Partner with technology OEMs and strategic partners to strengthen ecosystem engagement.


• Track and report event ROI, lead generation, and pipeline contribution.


Stakeholder & COE Collaboration


• Coordinate with global marketing Centers of Excellence (COEs) to align regional programs with global strategies.


• Provide regular reporting on marketing program performance, KPIs, and pipeline influence.


• Influence cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and delivery excellence.


Analytics, Reporting & Insights


• Track and analyze campaign performance using CRM, ABM, and analytics platforms.


• Deliver insights to optimize program effectiveness and improve ROI.


• Maintain dashboards for leadership to monitor progress against KPIs.


Project Management & Process Improvement


• Develop project plans with milestones, budgets, and timelines for all marketing initiatives.


• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.


• Proactively identify roadblocks and implement solutions to maintain program momentum.

Qualifications & Experience:


(Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation) + MBA Marketing


• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, industrial, or infrastructure sectors.


• Experience managing complex marketing programs, GTM campaigns, ABM, and events.


• Strong knowledge of Data Center, C&I, and Communication Network solutions.


• Experience collaborating with global/regional marketing teams in a matrixed organization.


• Metrics-driven with a proven track record in pipeline contribution, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
