Marketing Manager – Premium Drinkware & Lifestyle Brands

Location: East Toronto (5 days/week onsite)

Are you a results-driven and creative marketer ready to make an impact in the world of premium consumer brands? We’re seeking a Marketing Manager to lead dynamic, multi-channel campaigns for globally recognized drinkware products retailed across e-commerce and in-store. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on campaign management, and community-building with close access to content creators and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Leadership

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, influencer, PR, and retail.

Drive in-store activations and events at flagship locations, including pop-up experiences and brand showcases.

Partner with creative agencies to deliver campaigns that are on-brand, high quality, and performance-driven.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

Build and manage relationships with Toronto-based creators and influencers.

Oversee and elevate content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, tying actions directly to campaign KPIs (growth, engagement, sales).

PR & Media

Lead agency relationships and manage in-house PR outreach.

Secure earned media coverage in lifestyle, food & beverage, and design publications, integrating results into broader marketing performance.

Content & Community

Manage brand social media accounts, nurturing and growing engaged online communities.

Produce compelling content with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams; maintain a robust editorial calendar with consistent messaging.

Respond to audience feedback and monitor engagement daily.

Reporting & Measurement

Deliver clear, actionable weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance, influencer ROI, PR outcomes, and event success.

Track and analyze KPIs, including follower growth, engagement rates, media coverage, and sales contribution.

Qualifications

5–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media/influencer management, and brand activations (preferably within consumer brands or retail).

Proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns and build effective influencer relationships.

Skilled in outreach, social media management, and working with creative and agency teams; PR and media experience is a strong asset.

Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and activations.

Highly organized and data-driven, leveraging metrics for decision-making.

Excellent communicator, both written and in-person.
