Monitor campaign ROI and generate regular performance reports, using insights to refine future strategies and improve conversion rates. Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising regulations and institutional ethical guidelines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA in Healthcare Management or equivalent is a plus. 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing within the hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical services industry. Proven expertise in IVF, fertility, or reproductive healthcare marketing—preferred but not mandatory. Strong track record in doctor networking, physician engagement, and building referral pipelines in a clinical setting. Demonstrated experience in managing marketing teams, setting targets, and driving team performance. In-depth knowledge of target planning, campaign execution, and performance reporting using tools like CRM, Google Analytics, and marketing dashboards. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both medical and non-medical stakeholders. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.). Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (e.g., DCGI, ICMR, and local advertising norms).
