Job Function Summary
This position plays a pivotal role in focusing on lead generation, branding, and content creation, visual and digital both. This position will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand identity and reputation with its digital and marketing efforts, developing brand strategy and positioning, and driving digital visibility and engagement. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to ensure measurable marketing outcomes and alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Identity
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and goals.
Maintain and enhance the brand’s voice, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify brand positioning, competitive landscape, and consumer insights.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Monitor brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to improve brand perception and market share.
Branding & Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that support brand objectives and drive customer engagement.
Oversee the creation of promotional materials and ensure they align with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop content that supports sales enablement and customer retention.
Manage budget allocation for content and brand initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution.
Content Development & Messaging
Create and manage a content calendar that includes a variety of content types (blogs, articles, social media posts, videos, infographics, etc.).
Develop engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing campaigns.
Work closely with digital marketing manager to optimize content for SEO to increase organic reach and visibility.
Measure and analyse the performance of content initiatives and use insights to drive continuous improvement
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Design and implement digital marketing strategies to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Manage Search Engine Optimization, Pay per click, and social media marketing campaigns.
Monitor digital analytics and optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Market Research & Consumer Insights
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyse brand performance and consumer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights.
Prepare detailed reports for senior management on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends.
Recommend strategic adjustments based on analytics and business objectives.
Qualification & Experience
Master’s degree in marketing/ digital marketing.
8–10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
