The enterprise software business has changed dramatically over the past 10 years and Workday is at the forefront of that change.**About the Role**Key responsibilities for this role will include collaboration with global and regional teams to weave together multiple marketing disciplines that speak to the needs of our buyers and are brand consistent.Other specific responsibilities include:* Own, develop and execute integrated marketing programmes including channels such as digital and in person events within ASEAN.* Develop and execute country-based plans with sales and other internal stakeholders, in line with business priorities and goals.* Develop and monitor project plans, schedule and progress to achieve targeted outcomes of campaign.* Align and drive various external and internal teams working on the campaigns and communicate project results and attribution to key stakeholders.* Collaborate with APAC partner marketing team to support partner-led growth in markets such as Thailand, Indonesia and Philippines as required.**About You**Basic Qualifications* 8+ years of experience in B2B Marketing with enterprise software preferred in ASEAN market.* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.* Experience in building, driving and executing marketing strategy that is country based and/or various segments such as enterprise, mid-market, SME and partners in ASEAN.* Experience in building solid peer relationships in order to influence key stakeholders.* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.* Working knowledge of various marketing systems including Salesforce.com and Marketo.* Willing to travel within ASEAN (up to 50%).Other Qualifications* Experience working within a SaaS company**Our Approach to Flexible Work**With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
