Responsibility:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Transmitters across industries such as Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals and Environmental Monitoring.
- Ensure engagement with top Consultants / EPCs and end users
- Project pursuit for transmitter business
- Analyse and forecast business numbers
- Competitor benchmarking
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and global teams to tailor solutions for Indian market needs.
- Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and technical seminars.
- Support proposal development, product positioning, and customer presentations.
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
About the Talent / Person
Education: B Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics
Experience:
Candidate should be with atleast 5 years' experience in the field of Marketing. Experience in handling Transmitters(various types). Relevant experience with competitor is preferred. Must have reasonable understanding on the working of field Instruments/ applications / Industry etc
Relevant experience in handling flowmeters with consultant / End user can be considered.
Skill & Knowledge:
- Understanding of Field Instruments
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., , PESO / ATEX / FF)
- Strong communication and presentation Skills
- Good Understanding of Hazardous Area certification requirements
- Good networking skills
Behavioural /Leadership Competencies:
- Team collaboration
- Time management
- Proactive communication

- Increasing OI and ST for transmitters
- Increasing the profitability of transmitter business
