Job Description
The Marketing Operations Analyst owns all marketing send outs and campaign execution across digital channels, with clear responsibility for customer segmentation and audience targeting. This role ensures that the right message reaches the right customer segment at the right time by managing end to end execution from segmentation and setup through deployment, monitoring, and post campaign analysis.
As the central owner of send outs and segmentation logic, this role plays a critical part in improving funnel efficiency, conversion performance, and customer experience across awareness, engagement, and conversion stages.
