Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Operations Assistant. The Marketing Operations Assistant will support the marketing and sales teams by managing day-to-day operations, optimizing workflows, performing administrative tasks, and analyzing campaign performance. The role involves collaborating with teams to improve marketing strategies, assisting in maintaining databases, ensuring smooth communication, and contributing to overall operational efficiency.

• Experience in Marketing Operations and supporting smooth execution of marketing initiatives
• Strong Communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Solid Analytical Skills for monitoring and assessing campaign performance and customer insights
• Organizational skills and proficiency in Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, data, and records efficiently
• Knowledge of Sales and familiarity with processes to support sales operations
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred
