We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Marketing Operations Coordinator
to assist in maintaining the deployment calendar and coordinating email schedules, quality assurance, and performance of our email channel. You will support the execution of all marketing emails, ensuring they are delivered accurately, render correctly, and follow industry best practices. This is not a people management opportunity.

You Will
Email Execution and Quality Assurance

• Own the Deployment Calendar: Support the execution and scheduling of all promotional, nurture, and operational emails within Marketo.
• Technical Build: Assist in building, testing, and deploying final email assets from approved templates, ensuring accurate personalization tokens, dynamic content, and segmentation logic.
