Marketing Operations Executive

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Operations Executive, based in Rourkela. The Marketing Operations Executive will manage the daily execution of marketing strategies, oversee influencer campaigns at scale (50–200 pages), and coordinate with 40–100 creators to ensure seamless project delivery. You will be responsible for total execution—from client dealing and negotiation to quality control of content (Reels/Posts) and ensuring timely posting. This role requires an 'executionist' mindset, capable of managing complex logistics, budgets, and creator relationships with minimal supervision.
