Position: Marketing Operations Manager
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
Reports To: Global Marketing Director – IRISS HQ
Job Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and efficiency to our growing marketing team. This role will ensure smooth collaboration across internal stakeholders, improve campaign workflow, and elevate the overall performance of our marketing function.
You will be central to building the operational backbone that enables scalable campaigns, accurate reporting, and high-performance go-to-market programs worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Workflow Management
- Design, implement, and refine processes that improve team efficiency, campaign delivery, and project visibility.
- Own marketing project management tools, ensuring deadlines, owners, and milestones are clearly defined and tracked.
- Streamline handoffs between marketing and other departments (sales, product, training, operations) to reduce friction and rework.
Data, Reporting & Performance
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across campaigns, content, pipeline, and lead generation.
- Partner with sales operations to ensure accurate lead tracking, funnel visibility, and attribution.
- Analyze performance regularly and recommend improvements to resource allocation, workflows, and campaign strategy to improve ROI.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact for internal marketing requests and cross-functional initiatives.
- Manage intake of projects and requests, aligning prioritization with strategic business goals.
- Support leadership with planning cycles, marketing calendars, quarterly reviews, and performance/reporting rhythms.
Technology & Tools
- Oversee the use and optimization of marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation, analytics, project management platforms).
- Identify opportunities to integrate tools and data sources for improved collaboration, visibility, and reporting accuracy.
- Provide training, documentation, and support to drive adoption and consistent use of marketing systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or project/program management in a marketing environment.
- Strong background in workflow/process design and cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency with marketing and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, marketing automation tools, Jira or similar project management software).
- Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and performance reports (e.g., in Salesforce, GA, BI tools, or similar).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance structure with agility in a fast-paced, high-growth, purpose-driven environment.
