VDURA, Inc. headquartered in Milpitas, California, seeks a Marketing Operation Manager in its Milpitas, CA, office. This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position focused on managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack, integrating advanced marketing automation systems, supporting sales with complex customer orders, and managing complex end-to-end marketing projects. Specific duties include: (i) managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms This is a hybrid office-based/work-from-home position within the United States. The employee can work remotely from within the United States, but must be able to work in the Milpitas, California office three (3) days per week.Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Chemical Engineering, Engineering Management, Marketing Technology and Analytics, or a related technical field, plus two (2) years of experience in a directly related position. Pay scale: $154,586.00 per year
