Role Purpose
The Marketing Operations & Budgeting Officer ensures that our marketing is actually happening.
It’s where marcoms operations run effectively, efficiently, and in time.
The role involves monitoring the budget, support campaign performance tracking, and ROI measurement, maintaining the right spending. Building the right business vendors, and manage vendor coordination, managing events and ground activations.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting & Financials
- Monitor marketing budgets across initiatives.
- Track spending across campaigns, events, vendors, and events.
- Prepare cost reports, billing, payments, through spending dashboards.
- Ensure alignment with marcoms and finance.
