Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo, Gong, UserGems, and related tools for enrichment, scoring, routing, attribution, and analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, implement, and manage AI-driven tools and automations that enhance lead management, personalization, content delivery, and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and system hygiene through regular enrichment, deduplication, and lifecycle management practices.
