Day 0 Launch Lead

Effective start to new program activities includes (not exhaustive)

  • SOW creation

  • Setup Delivery Candence

  • Team mobilization

  • Onboarding resources

  • Hand over to PM depending on the size of the project

    • Successful initiation of the projects and Smooth transition to next phase

    Start Green, Stay Green

    Healthy relationship with Internal stake holders

    Delivery Excellence – DHR – Green

    Revenue Forecasting

    Provide Revenue and DGM forecasting view

    Revenue and DGM forecasting view - Monthly

    Provide revenue and DGM view by the 10th ...
