About the Role
We’re looking for a full-stack digital marketer who can own BBFT’s entire digital engine — from end-to-end brand presence to performance marketing, website, automation, and lead flow.
This role is about ownership, not execution in silos. You’ll run BBFT’s digital presence like it’s your own product.
What You’ll Own (End-to-End)
1. Website, SEO & Conversions
Own and manage the BBFT website (performance, updates, mobile responsiveness).
Run SEO (on-page + off-page) for high-intent keywords.
Improve conversions using CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimisation.
2. Paid Media & Growth
Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google, Meta (FB/IG) & LinkedIn.
Optimise budgets for better CPA and ROAS.
Build smart retargeting funnels to convert warm leads.
