Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is looking for a Marketing Program Manager for a 6 – 12+ month contract in Boston. This is a hybrid, 40 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing to work onsite in Boston 2 days per week (other office locations include Raleigh, NC and Nashville, TN). The Marketing Programs Manager will oversee campaign strategy and activation, driving brand growth, generating leads, and boosting sales opportunities


Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for business, product, and channel priorities

+ Own campaign calendar, content needs, automation workflows, and event support

+ Build demand and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign delivery

+ Manage project timelines and creative resources for high-quality execution
