Job Description

PURPOSE

To lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies for the unit that strengthen brand positioning, enhance market presence, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The role ensures alignment between brand storytelling, business objectives, and customer experience while leveraging innovative channels and partnerships to achieve measurable results.


KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports to: Business Head, GM – Marketing, Director – Sales & Marketing

Reporting Roles: Marketing Executive, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Coordinator

Interacts with:

  • External – Media, PR agencies, creative agencies, vendors, partners, influencers, Unit Heads, Club Heads
  • Internal – Senior Leadership, Sales Teams, Operations, HR
