Marketing Project Coordinator (12-Month Project-Based)

Seeking a detail-oriented QC Contractor to support Medicare Marketing Project Management. This role ensures accuracy across marketing grids, matrices, and templates by identifying errors, validating data, and maintaining high-quality standards. Medicare experience is a plus but training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform QC checks on grids, matrices, and templates to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Navigate datasets/databases to extract information for review.
• Identify errors and communicate issues clearly to project managers.
• Use Excel to compare data, track QC items, and maintain documentation.
• Stay organized, meet deadlines, and pivot quickly as project needs shift.
• Complete Medicare training and apply guidelines to QC work.
