Job Description
Coordinate with the marketing agency for SEO activities (on-page, off-page, keyword research, competitor analysis). Oversee social media strategy execution by the agency, ensuring alignment with SEO goals. Shoot content (photos and videos) on-site for marketing purposes and provide it to the agency. Collaborate on content creation with external teams to align with marketing strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication. Prepare welcome letters, handover kits, and other client materials. Schedule and coordinate client meetings, ensuring smooth onboarding and follow-ups. Monitor project progress by coordinating with on-site teams and reporting to senior management. Follow up with site teams on tasks and deadlines to ensure timely project completion. Maintain project documentation, including Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and performance reports. Assist in preparing presentations (PPTs) for internal and client meetings. Provide administrative support in scheduling, reporting, and travel arrangements for senior management. Track and monitor performance metrics for projects and marketing campaigns. Provide basic photo and video editing for social media content. Collaborate on social media content creation and marketing efforts. Basic understanding of SEO tools and practices (Google Analytics, Search Console). Ability to shoot content (photos and videos) for social media. Strong coordination and follow-up skills. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and platforms. Attention to detail and professionalism.
