Role Overview

We are seeking a Branding & Media Sales Manager to partner with brands and agencies to deliver high-impact branding campaigns. This role focuses on reach, visibility, and storytelling using premium ad formats and strategic media planning.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Agency Onboarding

  • Onboard brand advertisers and media agencies for branding campaigns
  • Build long-term relationships with brand managers, media planners, and agency leads
  • Translate brand objectives into impactful digital media strategies

Campaign Planning & Client Servicing

  • Design and sell integrated branding solutions including Display, Video, Native, Rich Media, and Sponsorships
  • Collaborate with creative, AdOps, and planning teams for flawless execution
  • Lead campaign reviews, reporting, and post-campaign insights

Revenue & Media Growth

  • Drive revenue through high-value media deals, sponsorships, and seasonal campaigns
  • Upsell premium inventory, homepage takeovers, and custom brand solutions
  • Manage annual and quarterly media plans with key clients

Branding Advertising Expertise

  • Sell CPM-based and fixed-cost branding solutions
  • Understand reach, frequency, brand lift, and viewability metrics
  • Stay updated on branding trends, formats, and consumer behavior

Key KPIs

  • Media revenue & deal size
  • Campaign delivery & brand satisfaction
  • Agency & brand retention
  • Inventory utilization

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in media sales and brand advertising
  • Excellent storytelling, pitch, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large budgets
  • Strategic mindset with attention to brand objectives
