Are you eager to build a career in digital marketing and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools? We’re looking for a Junior Go-To-Market Specialist (Contract) to join a global technology leader in Barcelona.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where you’ll learn from experienced marketing professionals while helping to deliver campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, and more. You’ll also get hands-on exposure to leading platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce — a great foundation for your future career.

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Contract: 6 months (with potential extension)

Engagement: Contractor role, candidates must be set up (or willing to set up) as autónomo in Spain

• Support the deployment of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital ads, webinars, content).
• Learn to use HubSpot and other automation tools to manage nurture programs.
• Help set up workflows that move leads smoothly through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with product marketing and sales teams to keep campaigns aligned.
• Track key campaign metrics and assist in reporting performance.
• Keep campaign data clean, organized, and aligned across systems.
• Get involved in creating content that supports sales and pipeline growth.

• Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Some prior exposure to digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign support.
• Enthusiasm for learning marketing technology platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Comfortable with data, reporting, and working in spreadsheets.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Bonus: Any hands-on experience with marketing automation, webinars, or SaaS is a plus!
