Marketing Specialist

We are looking for an AI-first Growth Marketing Specialist to own and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across paid media, content, outreach, and automation. This hands-on role involves managing Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads, building HubSpot workflows, running cold outreach campaigns, and creating video and design assets. You'll be responsible for daily performance reporting, lead scoring, SEO optimization, and content repurposing across channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging AI tools (GPT, Perplexity, AI image generators) to accelerate content creation and campaign execution. You'll also support webinars, press releases, case studies, and community-building initiatives. This is a one-person growth engine role suited for someone who thrives on variety and moves fast.
