Marketing Specialist

Engelberg is a premium (luxury) window and door brand, operating as a daughter company of AKFA Group, one of the largest industrial holdings in the country is strengthening its marketing team and looking for a Marketing Specialist who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.

The work is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan and we cover all expenses (if you are ready to relocate, please apply to vacancy)

Tasks

• Run online/offline marketing campaigns.


• Analyze market trends and competitors.


• Drive lead generation and improve funnel performance.


• Support SMM, brand promotion, and content creation.


• Manage performance ads and marketing analytics.


• Track KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROI.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in the production of premium windows and doors).


• Strong digital & performance marketing skills.


• Google Analytics, CRM, Meta Ads Manager.


• Creative mindset + strong analytical thinking.


• Fluent English.


• Marketing/Business degree.
