Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, high-energy MBA graduates to join our Accelerated Leadership Program . As a Management Trainee, you will be groomed to become the future face of our business. You will rotate through various functions—including Market Research, Lead Generation, Brand Marketing, and Client Relations—to build a 360-degree understanding of how a global software services firm operates.

Key Responsibilities will be:

1. Market Intelligence & Strategy

• Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends (e.g., AI/Automation, Cloud, Data Engineering, Travel & Hospitality. Logistics) within the US, UK / Europe, and Middle East markets.
• Identify potential Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and map out decision-makers within target organizations.
• Analyze competitor offerings to help refine our unique value proposition.
