Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketplace & Amazon Brand Support Specialist (recent graduate) to join our Support and Analytics team. 

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in Amazon analytics, reporting, and eCommerce operations, while also learning how to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support analysis, documentation, and problem-solving tasks. You will work closely with Account Managers, PPC Managers, and senior analysts to support reporting, data analysis, and daily operational processes.
