Marketplace Operations Lead

We are looking for a Marketplace Manager who can take ownership of our presence across online marketplaces and drive consistent growth through smart execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa (as applicable)
• Handle product listings – title, descriptions, images, SEO keywords, categorization
• Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, offers, and sales events
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, pricing, and order fulfillment
• Track sales performance, ROAS, conversions, and competitor activity
• Optimize visibility through ads, deals, and catalog health improvements
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve account issues
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and work on reputation management
• Account reconciliations return reconciliation
