**Role Overview:**
This role is part of the Markets Data Risk team within Markets COO and focuses on building and leading a data risk and control team in Pune. Key responsibilities include supporting data analytics, implementing target state controls, monitoring data quality metrics, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to resolve data quality issues. The role also involves leading engagements with Internal Audit and regulators, requiring a strong risk and control background, a practical approach to mitigating control exceptions, and team development skills.
The Markets Data Risk team works closely with Global Markets Trading Businesses, In-Business Risk (IBR), Global Market Risk (GMR), and Finance in setting standards and procedures, building 1st Line of Defense (1LOD) data controls, assessing and managing data risk, and leading data quality issue management and governance across processes and activities within Markets, Standardized Approach for calculating Co...
