Job Description
**Role Summary**
We’re hiring a hands‑on Application and Infrastructure Manager to design, secure, and scale customer and employee workflows that connect **HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)** with **Microsoft 365** and **Azure**. You will own the end‑to‑end architecture for **data, identity, automation, and AI**. This role partners Marketing, Sales, Customer Success/Intake, Security/IT, Legal, and Finance to deliver measurable revenue and service outcomes.

**Architecture & Delivery**
- Develop and maintain workflows for the intake processes with Aloware and PandaDoc.
- Integrate multiline advertising channels such as Call Tracking Metrics, Facebook Instagram, and Google to support intake marketing
- Own the **reference integration architecture** for HubSpot Hubs with **M365/Entra ID**, **SharePoint/OneDrive/Exchange/Teams**, **Azure Functions/Logic Apps**, **Power Platform**, and data platforms; define data contracts, SLAs, and obs...
