Role Summary

We are looking for a Solution-Oriented Martech / Technical Lead who can operate as a mix of architect, and execution owner . This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM + MarTech + Automation + Integration projects , including requirement gathering, solutioning, system design, development, integration execution, journey implementation, and post-go-live optimization .

The ideal candidate is hands-on with martech ecosystem, marketing automation/journeys, backend middleware development, AI chatbot implementation, RPA automations, analytics dashboards, and enterprise system integrations — while also confidently managing stakeholders, alignment, scope, timelines, and delivery quality.
