The Mascot Team Lead is responsible for working alongside our Mascot Performers as Hasbro characters promoting the Mall’s different attractions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising meet and greet opportunities with Hasbro character Mascot Performers and guests.
• Acting as an interpreter between the Mascot Performers and guests.
• Acting as the Mascot Performer’s eyes and ears as well as a public relations ambassador.
• Answering questions and providing information to guests regarding character meet and greets.
• Communicating with guests to form and maintain proper lines for character meets.
• Ensuring performer and guest safety at all times.
• Following character training guidelines at all times.
