Job Description

  • Coordinates with Group, LBU and Partners for the alignment of strategies and integration of plans and initiatives
  • Oversees end-to-end implementation of initiatives and strategies, and ensures that initiatives are timely, well-organized, focused and value adding to the sales partners
  • Collaborates and aligns with Strategy Manager, Segments Analyst, Market Researcher, Bank Segment Partners, and Sales Distribution on long-term market trends, projections opportunities, threats and present segment insights and recommended actions.
  • Education: College Graduate, Business or Marketing related course, LOMA certification is an advantage
  • Experience: Partner Management, Business Development, Project Management
  • Skills: familiar with Agile Methodology, Customer centric thinking, Intermediate Data analytics and Story-telling, People and Partner Management, Digitally adept, comfortable with Multi-tasking, Execution and entrepreneurial mindset
