The Elms Hotel & Spa is seeking a dedicated and passionate Full-Time Massage Therapist to join our team. As an essential part of our wellness department, you will provide exceptional massage services that offer our guests a luxurious, rejuvenating experience. If you are a licensed massage therapist in good standing in Missouri, have a passion for wellness and customer service, and enjoy working with a flexible schedule, we would love to have you as part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone) customized to meet guests' needs
  • Create a professional, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
  • Ensure that all equipment, linens, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained
  • Collaborate with spa team members to provide seamless guest experiences
  • Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued, relaxed, and cared for
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand your expertise in specialty modalities to enhance the guest experience
  • Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

    • Schedule: Flexible, Weekend Availability Required



    Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • Current, valid Missouri Massage License in good standing
  • Proven experience as a massage therapist, preferably in a spa or hotel setting
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, various massage techniques, and bodywork principles
  • Willingness to learn and grow by acquiring new skills and mastering specialty modalities
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
