Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and specifications.
- Ensure high quality and consistency in all baked goods.
- Manage baking inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a bakery or similar environment
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in baking techniques and knowledge of various baking equipment
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes accurately and create innovative baked products
