Description

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and cakes according to recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure high quality and consistency in all baked goods.
  • Manage baking inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or a related field
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a bakery or similar environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in baking techniques and knowledge of various baking equipment
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow recipes accurately and create innovative baked products
