Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to international hospitality standards
• Create an exceptional guest experience through warm, professional service
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
• Train and mentor junior baristas where required
• Manage coffee inventory, beans, and brewing equipment
• Stay updated with coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu innovation
• Proven experience as a Master Barista / Senior Barista , preferably in a hotel or luxury café
