Master Data Analyst

Overview

As part of our Procurement organization in the Manila Shared Service Center, you will support our global operations by ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our vendor master data processes. This role is critical in enabling seamless procurement and finance operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and validate vendor master data in SAP and Ariba, ensuring compliance with global standards and local requirements.
• Support and process vendor requests from global stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and conduct data cleansing activities.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to efficiently onboard new vendors.
• Resolve daily tickets in order to meet service level agreements (SLAs) using workflow tools (e.g., Ariba, ServiceNow, or similar).
