What You Will Do
Create, maintain, and delete master data accurately in a timely manner.
Secure quality of data, by performing data validation.
Coordinate with relevant functions and act upon requirements to ensure accurate data collection and processing.
Communicate proactively to relevant stakeholders.
Secure that master data processes are followed.
Participate in and/or provide input to relevant stakeholder networks to improve the master data process and support agreed activities, including the remaining master data service line
Support others with master data expertise, may include providing master data process trainings
Provide data to support related analysis
Identify and propose improvement opportunities
Work in several systems, SAP, Product Content Hub, MDG, etc...
Work in ServEss ticketing system, solving issues and keeping service level agreements (SLAs)
