Job Description

We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator. This position will  be full-time  and  Hybrid Bengaluru.


What You’ll Do

  • Create, validate, and maintain master data for all product categories, Contact Lenses, FSV, SF,  RX , Frames, Sunglasses, Readers, VA’s, and other non-lens categories — in META systems and applications.

  •  Perform sanity checks and ensure accuracy in  LMS , ERP, and related platforms.

  •  Set up calculation configurations and packages in CDMS; track and manage setup requests. Maintain the META master data referential.

  • -Align priorities with the META Lead and relevant stakeholders.

  • Communicate progress, timelines, and issue resolutions to regions and departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Globe Frames, WWPRO/Globe Lens, CATMAN, IT support teams) to complete assigned tasks.

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for master data issues escalated by customers or internal teams.

  • Identify root causes, apply corrective/preventive actions, and follow proper escalation procedures.

  • Propose improvements in master data processes and technical solutions to facilitate faster product introductions.

  • Monitor KPIs (volume, efficiency, accuracy) and report regularly.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Science, or related field.

  • 2–3 years in customer service, IT application support, or master data management (preferably in FMCG, retail, or medical devices). Experience in ERP/master data systems (AX,  D365 , SAP, or equivalent).

  • Basic to intermediate  Microsoft Excel skills .

  •  Basic analysis and  problem-solving skills .

  •  SQL / MSSQL knowledge   (preferred).

  • Knowledge of product master database management and ERP product management applications.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication.

  •  Proactive, quick learner, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

  • Able to work independently and in a team.

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationery most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
