Job Description

**Main Responsibilities:**



+ Administration and implementation of CRM and analytical platforms in line with NHS business needs.

+ Verification of quality and integration of data sources needed for systems in scope of responsibility.

+ Collaboration with systems and data source providers.

+ User support in various CEE markets (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Poland) for managed systems, including escalation of issues, preparation of instructions, training materials, and conducting training sessions.

+ Participation in Commercial Excellence projects at the CEE market level and implementation of new tools to streamline business processes.

+ Cooperation with other company departments – both local and global.
