We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in Master Data Management MDM to support the CRC Group client The role involves managing data hierarchies Reference Data Management RDM and performing MDM stewardship activities to ensure data quality consistency and compliance across enterprise systems The ideal candidate will have handson experience in MDM processes and governance with good analytical and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain MDM hierarchies and ensure accurate data relationships

Perform MDM stewardship activities including data validation cleansing and enrichment

Handle Reference Data Management RDM and ensure alignment with business rules

Collaborate with business and IT teams to enforce data governance policies

Monitor data quality metrics and resolve discrepancies proactively

Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to client stakeholders

Primary Skills

Strong understanding of Master Data Management MDM concepts and practices

Experience in hierarchy management and data governance frameworks

Handson experience with Reference Data Management RDM

Proficiency in data analysis profiling and cleansing techniques

Knowledge of data stewardship workflows and approval processes

Good understanding of data quality tools and standards

Secondary Skills

Symarchy Semarchy MDM platform experience good to have

Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration concepts

Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and validation

Exposure to data modeling and metadata management

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
