Role Overview

The Master Data Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the Creation Palette for Taste flavorists, ensuring relevance, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role coordinates the introduction of new raw materials and maintains high-quality master data to support both creation and supply chain processes. Acting as a key interface between business, creation, and data teams, the specialist ensures seamless access, accuracy, and performance of master data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Raw Material Introduction (RMI) processes and coordinate business requests across stakeholders
• Drive RMI performance through reporting, SLA monitoring, continuous improvement, and success tracking
• Manage and optimize the Creation Palette, including authorizations, regional palettes, restrictions, tonalities, and archiving
