Master Data Team Lead - Supplier Domain

**My Role**:
- Manage end to end vendor master creation for NA region.
- Provide training and guidance on vendor master processes to EMEA/ APAC regions as required.
- Ensure data quality on master data entered by vendor master data analysts using Informatica Analyst tool.
- Monitor master data agents aged cases and provide guidance for resolution.
- Optimize vendor master workflow using Service Now tool.
- Maintain vendor master data attributes in Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP ECC ERP systems per VMD process rules, as required.
- Identify opportunities to streamline vendor master requirements.
