Van-Am Tool & Engineering is seeking a Master Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in St. Joseph, MO. This full-time role offers a steady 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule (Monday–Thursday) in a dynamic and technically advanced shop environment.

About the Role

As a Master Machinist, you will program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce complex, tight-tolerance parts for aerospace, defense, and other high-demand industries.
